In line with Government advice and The Carpet Foundation information that we have received, we are re-opening shop by appointment to ensure the safety of staff and customers. Please call 01245 322311 to book an appointment. Appointments available from 9.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Saturday. On visiting our shop please follow instructions and signage and observe any barriers. Hand sanitizer and gloves will be available, we will be wearing face coverings, and all flooring samples that have been touched will be sanitized / steamed after use. Please wear face coverings instore and sanitize your hands before touching samples.
We are also operating a call and collect samples service if you do not want to come into shop. Call 01245 322311 and tell us what you are looking for and we will sort a selection of flooring samples for you to collect.
We can measure up for you abiding by social distancing, use of PPE and keeping appointments as short as possible, but are more than happy to accept your measurements.
Fitting of flooring – we are still fitting floors observing social distancing/PPE/ventilation etc.
